I know what it’s like to feel guilty about feeling exhausted, anxious and irritable, like I’m not the mama I need to be for my kids. My last baby put my body through the wringer and I spent thousands on figuring out what was wrong- functional nutrition and medicine figured it all out, but it started with getting my foundation solid. I spent the last 10 years serving women in their childbearing years, at the feet of birthing women, being present and grounded- and then I had to learn to do that for myself when I was born a mother again in 2020 and 2021 (yes, I had two babies back to back).

I dont want you to have to suffer through your motherhood, counting down the hours until bedtime. If you are dealing with health issues that prevent you from being a vibrant, present and grounded mama- let’s talk! I’ve been there and I can show you the way back.
